With two young hockey players we HAD to visit Bauer Hockey Experience! Kids enjoyed knee hockey area and my husband and I were impressed with the mini rink! Great selection of everything! I wish we had one of this close to where we live in FL :)
Luis C helped us out today and the service was 5 stars.
He helped my partner get fitted for recreational ice skates and helped myself get new hockey rollerblades! He had us try on several different pairs and sizes to find the best for our specific use and skill level.
I will be going back and asking for Luis for all my hockey and Ice skating needs!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were in town for a tournament and needed new blade holders and steel with only an hour to spare. Romeo stepped up and knocked it out for us even thought they were really busy. Great service guys.
So very happy to have visited and purchased skates from Bauer Hockey Experience. The decor and atmosphere was beautiful and museum like despite it being a full sales store. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable from the Store Manager to the check-out staff.
Their selection and stock of all equipment was immense and I had no problems finding the correct model and fit. It was highly impressive to have the indoor rink to test demo skates as needed to get the full effect before your purchase.
Went here to find goalie pads for my daughter. This being an important (and expensive) piece of equipment she needs gave me anxiety from the start. Steven helped us and was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with all of our(or should I say my) questions and concerns. They have a great set up to ensure she selected best fitting pads. Thank you again for the exceptional service!
We came here 2 times and both times the staff were super helpful and took their time to explain the difference between skates. As someone who did street hockey and is my first time ice skating the workers made me confident in the decision I was making to purchase my skates and stick.
After purchasing my skates after 2 days I decided I wanted to upgrade them which you can do so up to 30 days after your purchase unless the skates are extremely beat up. They made it super easy and got me fitted for the next pair. This is the first time that exchanging an item that I purchased was not difficult. They were straight forward and did it quick!
Definitely plan to come back here again for whatever I need for ice skating and hockey!
Excellent all around, but Maddie went above and beyond helping us find skates and making both our little boys feel extra special (Go Wild!). We appreciate all the time, and will be back for skates as they grow!
